The signing party confirms that they are the authorized person/representative of the stated client and that they are subscribing to BigStone' monthly website Search Engine Optimization and/or Search Engine Marketing campaign(s). This agreement represents a signed contract(s) on file with BigStone.
At the end of this time frame the authorized person/representative of the client and BigStone will renegotiate the original contract. The renegotiation will encompass one of the following: a continuation of the original contract, a contract for continuation of the revised original contract or a cancelation of the contract; whichever is agreed.
In addition, the signing party, on behalf of the client, represents and warrants that any search terms provided to BigStone will not infringe on any third parties' rights and/or intellectual property(s), including, but not limited to trademarks or logos.
The guaranteed packages entail the customer for free months of SEO if the organic traffic does not increase by the guaranteed percentage by the end of a 6 month continuous agreement period. The traffic increase is calculated on top of the organic traffic noted on the day of the start of the campaign.
The deposit is collected at the start of every month based on the package chosen by the client.
